Stakeholder Audits

Stakeholder audits are invaluable tools that can be used by local authorities and other stakeholders in a learning city to enable them to transform themselves into true learning organisations. They are written in the form of a questionnaire/dialogue that asks for opinions, observations and information on a variety of subjects within a learning organisation context. By completing the audit, respondees understand the theory, the practice and the requirements. Audits have been developed for

LOCAL AUTHORITIES (word doc 236KB)

UNIVERSITIES (word doc 598KB)

SCHOOLS (word doc 452KB)

SMALL AND MEDIUM COMPANIES (word doc 262KB)

ADULT EDUCATION COLLEGES (word doc 226KB)

There are two audits for each stakeholder

  • a short one to introduce them to the concept with a quick description of what it entails
  • a long and comprehensive audit covering all aspects of learning organisation practice for those organisations willing to take the next step in drawing up a strategy.

The short audit can be seen by clicking onto the relevant organisation above.

Local Authorities and Other Organisations who require help with the short or long Stakeholder Audits are invited to contact PASCAL to discuss how it can help with the implementation of learning organisation, learning city or learning region concepts.
